Narrative designer and science fiction author who builds stories that scale.

Narrative design, long-form storytelling, and interactive prototypes.
I’m a narrative designer and science fiction author focused on stories that don’t fall apart when they get big. Whether I’m outlining a branching quest or writing a multi-book saga, I think in systems: motivations, faction pressure, continuity, and consequences that feel earned.
I’ve written the ten-volume Earthborn Saga and built interactive narrative prototypes to test structure early. I’m drawn to stories where choices echo, motives evolve, and power has a cost.
Writing is also how I process thoughts and emotions. That’s part of why I care so much about clarity, honesty, and character logic. If the internal reality isn’t true, the big moments don’t land.
How I approach storytelling
- Design story as a system, not just a sequence of scenes
- Build structure first, then layer emotion and voice
- Track consequences so choices feel real
- Scale complexity without losing readability
- Favor coherence over “cool moments” that break the logic
Experience at a glance
- Author of the Earthborn Saga, a ten-volume science fiction series
- Two million plus words of long-form narrative writing
- Interactive fiction prototypes in Twine and Ink
- Quest design documentation, flow diagrams, and branching systems planning
- Technical background: I like building tools, solving problems, and making complex systems understandable
A little more personal
When I’m not writing or designing, I’m usually doing one of three things: lifting, playing a board game with a small group, or doing karaoke (yes, regularly).
I like projects with heart and teeth: stories that are exciting on the surface, but honest underneath.
